Do you offer a refund? What is your refund policy?
Yes, we offer a refund. Let’s say that you are not convinced enough to continue after an initial decision and want to cancel the project. All you have to do is get in touch with us (within 3 working days from the date of payment) and we will work towards processing a full refund.
Are there any kinds of projects or websites that you do not take up?
Yes, we do not work on websites related to arms, porn or gambling; basically sites dealing with content that can be categorized as ‘illegal’.
How soon after placing an order would I get a reply?
Once your payment has been confirmed, you would receive an e-mail within 30 minutes asking for details on the project. Once the mail is replied to, our executives will go through it and get in touch with you through mail, chat or phone, whichever medium suits you best.

What is the frequency with which I would be proved with project updates?
As per our guidelines, we send weekly as well as monthly project reports. In addition, we are available on Skype and Gtalk on all working days. Also, you will be given a direct mobile number that you can use to reach us any time.
Would it be possible to change my plan/package later?
Yes, you may change your package, i.e., upgrade or downgrade it. We would, however, require at least 1 month’s notice.
What are your terms with regards to payment?
As per our current guidelines, the payments are monthly.
